1. Compliance with Third-Party Platform Policies

Reel Flames integrates with the following platforms and adheres to their respective privacy and data policies:

• TikTok: Compliant with TikTok Terms of Service. See Section 1.1 for full TikTok data disclosure.
• YouTube: Compliant with YouTube Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy.
• LinkedIn: Compliant with LinkedIn User Agreement.
• Shopify: Compliant with Shopify Terms of Service.
• Etsy: Compliant with Etsy Terms of Use.
• eBay: Compliant with eBay User Agreement.

When you connect your accounts from these platforms, Reel Flames only accesses data necessary to provide our services and complies with their restrictions on data use, storage, and sharing.

1.1 TikTok Data Disclosure

Reel Flames uses the TikTok API to enable you to manage and publish content to TikTok from within our application. Below is a full disclosure of how we handle TikTok data:

Data Collected from TikTok:

• Basic profile information (display name, avatar, follower/following count, bio).
• Video content you create or schedule through Reel Flames for publication on TikTok.
• Video analytics and performance metrics (views, likes, comments, shares) for videos published via our application.
• Account identifiers (TikTok user ID, open_id) required to operate the integration.

How We Use TikTok Data:

• To allow you to schedule, publish, and manage TikTok content directly from Reel Flames.
• To display your TikTok analytics within the Reel Flames dashboard.
• We do not use your TikTok data to train AI models, share it with advertisers, or sell it to third parties.
• TikTok data is used exclusively to provide the features you have explicitly requested.

TikTok Data Retention:

• TikTok access tokens are stored securely and retained only while your TikTok account is connected to Reel Flames.
• Analytics data fetched from TikTok is retained for up to 24 months or until you disconnect your account, whichever comes first.
• Upon disconnection or account deletion, all TikTok-sourced data is deleted within 30 days.

TikTok Data Sharing:

• TikTok data is not shared with any third party except trusted infrastructure providers (e.g., cloud hosting) under strict confidentiality agreements, solely for the purpose of operating the Reel Flames service.
• We do not share TikTok user data with other users of Reel Flames.

Revoking TikTok Access:

You can disconnect your TikTok account from Reel Flames at any time from your account settings. You may also revoke access directly via your TikTok account settings at tiktok.com/settings → "Apps and Integrations". Upon revocation, Reel Flames will immediately cease accessing your TikTok data.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following data, depending on your interactions:

• Account Information: When you connect third-party accounts (e.g., Meta, TikTok), we collect basic profile details (e.g., name, email, account ID) and permissions granted (e.g., access to posts, analytics).
• E-Commerce Data: For Shopify/Etsy/eBay integrations, we collect product listings, order details, and store analytics (as permitted by these platforms).
• Usage Data: IP address, browser type, device information, and interaction metrics.
• Cookies/Tracking: We use cookies (with your consent) for functionality and analytics.

3. How We Use Your Information

Data is used to:

• Provide and optimize our services (e.g., cross-platform analytics).
• Communicate with you (e.g., updates, support).
• Improve user experience and develop new features.
• Comply with legal obligations and prevent fraud.

Note: We do not sell your data. Aggregated/anonymized data may be used for trend analysis.
